h444 Terms and Conditions — Rules That Protect You and Us

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are the full and binding agreement between h444 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and you ("the Player", "you", "your") governing all use of the h444 website at h444.world and all services offered through it, including sports betting, live casino, virtual sports, and crash games.

By accessing h444, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. h444 strongly encourages every player to read these Terms fully before using the platform.

Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. h444 uses technical monitoring tools to detect multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

All bets placed on h444 are final once confirmed. h444 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void bets after confirmation, except in specific circumstances described in these Terms or in the rules of a specific sport or game.

h444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placing. Similarly, bets placed using odds that were clearly displayed in error — including obvious pricing mistakes — may be voided by h444 at its discretion. Players will be notified and their stakes returned if a bet is voided for this reason.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all h444 markets and games. These limits are displayed in the bet slip or game interface at the time of placing. h444 reserves the right to alter these limits at any time without advance notice.

For live (in-play) sports markets on h444, there is an inherent delay between on-field events and market price updates. h444 is not liable for bets placed on markets where the relevant event has already concluded at the time of bet placement, even if the market was not yet visually updated. Bets placed on clearly resolved live markets may be voided.

Casino game results on h444 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer actions in the case of live casino games. h444's game results are final and binding. Technical malfunctions that affect the outcome of a casino game will be handled according to h444's internal incident resolution policy — the player will be notified and an equitable resolution will be applied.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h444. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and may result in further legal action:

h444's total liability to any player, in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their h444 account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. h444 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if h444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you believe h444 has made an error in settling a bet or game result, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the event in question. h444 will not investigate disputes raised after this period. To raise a dispute, contact h444 support via live chat with the specific bet ID or game round ID, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of the issue.

h444 will acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved between the player and h444 directly, the player may escalate to h444's licensing authority. h444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which h444 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through h444's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
